John Figlioli, President

John Figlioli is the President and founder of Garrett Realty & Development, Inc. John started Garrett Realty in 1991 in Lincoln Park and since then has grown the firm into one of the most successful independently owned full service commercial real estate firms in Chicago.

Upon graduating from Western Illinois University in 1979 with a degree in Finance, John was a National Account Manager for a large computer company, coordinating the firm’s office automation system sales to Fortune 500 accounts in the Midwest Region. Prior to forming Garrett Realty & Development, Inc., John worked for a large Chicago real estate broker/developer where he was involved in the acquisition and development of commercial properties and was consistently their top commercial broker.

John resides in Winnetka with his wife Stephanie, who is a pediatric physical therapist.  They are the proud parents of twins, Isabella and Lucca and are involved in numerous charitable and community organizations. John enjoys hunting, fishing and racing his Porsches.
