Jordanna Shaughnessy, Office Manager

Ms. Shaughnessy joined Garrett Realty & Development, Inc. in October, 2007.  She handles all accounts receivables, payables and creates/distributes rental statement to tenants.  Jordanna’s 12 years of experience in property management has contributed in maintaining a good working relationship with the tenants, maintaining current lease records and providing ownership with updated monthly accounting and financial reports. 

Jordanna also serves as liaison between the tenant and property manager.  She works with the Property Manager assisting in projects, correspondences to vendors, contractors, utility companies, and other companies as it relates to the tenant or building.
